This is truly a revolutionary machine, with the feature to drill six sides, we can actually double the drilling output of the machine, the way we can do this is to trick the machine and load 2 x 16mm panels and let the machine think that its drilling 1 x 32mm panel, this is great as the top drilling head and the bottom drilling head do the same thing, this also means that that machine completes 1 x left hand door and 1 x right hand door at the same time, allowing the operator to have less to think about. The feature is fully automatic from a software prospective and excitech have really been ahead of the game on this one.
